- Business Design Consultant with 10+ years of experience (Preferred) can take up opportunities in business transformation engagements across sales, service, marketing & pricing functions with the lens of Customer Experience.
- Preferred with business consulting background with sound knowledge of key enterprise business processes, customer touchpoint & journey design, design thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Should be able to contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business development activities.
Experience :
- Sales - B2B / B2C sales strategy, sales planning, business case & transformation roadmap,
- Service - customer service strategy, contact center, digital and self-service, customer experience management, channel & touch point analysis, business case & transformation roadmap.
- Marketing - B2B / B2C digital marketing strategy & roadmap, industry scan & competitor analysis, marketing operating model, marketing automation assessment & strategy, the recommendation for technology improvement and investment
- Pricing - pricing strategy, pricing structure, pricing research, pricing operating model, pricing analytics, business case & transformation roadmap, Business Consulting, Digital Transformation, Solution Design.
