Preferred:

- Experience Skills: Six Sigma, Process transformation, Black Belt, Green Belt.

- Experience industry: GCC or shared service companies.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Manager - Business Transformation is responsible for delivery of strategic and process improvement initiatives including consulting/project management services to the assigned business(es), globally. Will be expected to work independently as a strong and go-to internal consultant.

COMPETENCIES:

Band: Band 7

- Band Description: People/Functional Manager; manages team and/or function in a department; responsible for techniques of their function; contributes to creation of standards and policies. Generally under general direction. Broad knowledge and application.

- Band Competencies: Takes accountability for team and project results, generates creative solutions and innovative insights, responsible for driving and sustaining change, productively resolves conflicts and integrates diverse views, and actively develops team members.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Problem Solving - 50%

- Lead enterprise level business transformation initiatives.

- Provide consultative and project management services to business units.

- Gather, structure, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data sets to generate significant insights.

- Build AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.

- Design solutions using rigorous process improvement and change management methodologies.

Stakeholder Management - 25%

- Act as a change agent; partner with front-line managers and executive leadership to influence and deliver assignments.

- Track and communicate project status updates, performance against success metrics and timeline, including early warning signs.

Storytelling - 25%

- Build a compelling yet uncomplicated narrative of the business problem, impact, urgency of change, opportunities and proposed solutions using visual aids like PowerPoint presentations.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

- Proficient in problem-solving methods and out-of-box thinking

- Proven analytical mindset

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and result oriented environment

- Proficient in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
