- Achieve and exceed the sales target for the cold storage/ STP/ RO segment
- Identify and exploit business opportunities in target segments such as hospitals, dairy industries, pharmacies, food and beverage industries, chiller end user companies etc.
- Develop contractors, dealers or distributers
- Create and implement successful, targeted sales strategies and plans
- Complete sales activity reports and presentations on time
- Oversee installation and implementation and ensure timely delivery of the product to the customer
- Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
- MBA from a premier institute with 3 - 4 years prior experience in corporate/ B2B sales before MBA
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Should be commercially astute and customer focused
- Should be able to master operation, demonstration and explanation of product
- Should be highly energized and self-motivated with a high level of commitment
- Ability to work proactively using own initiative
- Should be willing to travel frequently
