1. To ensure all Management Reporting is delivered as per SLA deadlines with high quality.
2. To properly explain all key business drivers related to life insurance business and person should fairly understand technical accounting of life insurance business and its corresponding impact on reporting.
3. To write business commentaries for movements in variances and proactively identify potential areas of cost improvements.
4. To prepare and report Cost of Acquisition (COA) for business and ensure the reported numbers are aligned correctly and meet expectations and ensure all channel COAs are maintained within budget.
5. To facilitate production of adhoc projects or ad hoc decision support requirement as and when needed.
6. Manage and support in preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
7. To provide an accurate and timely financial service including monitoring of budgets, forecasts and cash flow analysis and support to inform decision making at all levels.
8. Preparation of competitor analysis.
Person should have prior experience of working with a life insurance company.
