Manager - Business Partnerships - FinTech/NBFC - CA

About the Company; It is the fastest growing (profitable) Fintech/NBFC Company based out of Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities;

- Monitor the Assets Under Management (AUM) and lead the reconciliation process to ensure accuracy, completeness of data and operational efficiency across the entire platform.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize AUM performance and growth.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and scalability to support business growth.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners

- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of portfolios performed by the team. Ensure that the team is aligned with the partner team on recons and financial records.

- Prepare regular performance reports/ presentations/ dashboards for senior management and partners.

- Review the in-depth analysis of AUM trends, performance metrics, and AUM strategies.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to drive decision-making.

- Manage a team of 5-10 and work closely with the partners

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 4-6 years' experience in revenue management, AUM recon and analytics, financial analysis, or related roles within the fintech industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in financial software and Excel is a mandate.
