A Fintech Company one of the largest lead aggregation platform for various financial products and partnering with several Banks / NBFCs and other Fintech companies.

Job Title : Manager - Business Partnerships

Job Summary :

To amplify the growth of our partnership cohort while working in tandem with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Prepare the collateral, business pitch and other relevant material to aptly demonstrate risk and reward for the Financial Institution partners.

- Generate leads pipeline and implementation plan.

- Collaborate with internal teams like Ops, Marketing, Tech, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions.

- Work along with senior management to devise strategy and targets for Business Partnerships.

- Increases top-line and stay focused on bottom-line of business too.

Requirements :

- MBA/PGDM with 3+ year of experience in a strategy/Partnership profile.

- A proven track record of developing high-impact partnerships.

- Robust Internal stakeholder management experience.

- Exceptional Decision making & Negotiation skills.

- Strong Finance acumen.

- Should be able to identify and execute new strategic opportunities with partners.

- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functional teams.
