Manager - Business Partner
About Organization :
We are having an opportunity for the position of Manager Business Partner for one of the global leader specialized consumer products having a strong customer base of its products since Indian Independence. It has 76 manufacturing locations across India with an employee base of 4000 employees.
Responsibilities :
- This role will be a part of Franchisees Manager department.
- Making a common understanding with the business Partners as well as the business.
- Ensuring high end support to all the business partners on all fronts.
- Will be gapping the bridge between the business and all the business partners.
- Ensuring that all the business partner goals are aligned with the business objectives.
- Franchisees Manager will be responsible for sales growth working with the sales teams of Business Partner.
- Will be required to assist the Business Partner for setting up of policies and plans related to achievement of sales target.
- Will be closely working with Business Partner in planning and setting up module for distribution of module of HO.
- Will key point of contact between market and head office to inform about all the possible challenges faced by the team.
- Will be playing an active part in marketing strategies like taking care of marketing initiative, ensuring merchandising material is reaching to the market and assisting branding team to find local agencies to ensure achievement of marketing strategies.
- Franchisee manager will also be in contact with the other departments such as legal, Technical, Finance over any problem faced by Business Partner during operations.
- Franchisee manager will be ensuring all day to day operations are smoothly carried out and will be in regular contact of HO team.
- Maintaining daily reports of production, quality and sharing it with HO team.
- Franchisee Manager will be the one to keep track of all competitor's move and strategy like new launches, MRP change, marketing strategy changes and will update HO team about the same.
Key Skills Required :
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience into relevant field.
- Should be having a deep exposure into sales & distribution and administrative skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local markets of Nepal.
- Good English language skills as Franchisee Manager will be coordinating almost every department of the company including sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, Legal, Technical.
- Person should be based out of Kathmandu, Nepal as he will be operating in Nepal.
- Required person should be a good listener and must be having logical and strategic skills.
- Should be having leadership qualities to maintain common consensus between individuals.
- Should be sales and profit oriented individuals with ability to handle difficult situations
