We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize internal processes in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in setting up and mobilizing teams in Series B-D scale organizations and a strong track record of driving P&L initiatives, MIS reporting, and team OKRs. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, alignment across stakeholders, and continuous improvement in organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Management:
- Drive internal operations on top P&L initiatives in collaboration with Business Units and Sales Heads.
- Design and implement operational strategies to align with business objectives and ensure sustained growth.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Develop and manage internal MIS dashboards to track business metrics and P&L performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
SOP Design & Alignment:
- Lead the design and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for an evolving organization.
- Ensure alignment across top stakeholders on operational processes and best practices.
Cost Optimization & Efficiency:
- Identify and execute efficiency initiatives to improve fixed-cost productivity.
- Optimize incentive policies and eliminate redundancies to enhance operational effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Innovate and refine internal processes to drive scalability and adaptability.
Team Mobilization:
- Set up and mobilize new teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's P&L and operational goals.
- Follow through on team OKRs and ensure accountability at all levels.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in internal operations, preferably in agile and fast-growing setups.
- Proven experience in Series B-D scale organizations, with a focus on team mobilization and P&L management.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in MIS reporting and business metric analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to drive alignment across teams.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing SOPs in dynamic environments.
Mindset:
- Results-driven, with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving organizational landscape.
