Role Overview:
- To help uncover insights that will drive digital strategy and optimize marketing and customer experience.
- Create custom analytics and insights focused on defining, understanding and effectively measuring the value of digital and non-digital initiatives.
- Through world-class innovation and analytics, create segmentations; develop new KPIs, models, and strategic analytics to solve key business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with sales, retail, account management, creative, strategy, tech, database, and project management teams to identify growth opportunities
- Recommending contact optimization strategies to maximize revenue and profit. It is important to be able to connect performance to business impact.
- Managing and working on web analytics audits and measurement frameworks to ensure all KPI's are tracking appropriately and that these KPI's ladder back up to business objectives.
- Generate insights from a variety of digital marketing initiatives
- Accessing, analysing & managing digital marketing data to create customized reports and dashboards.
- Analysing digital marketing performance based on customer and product segmentation and developing segmentation approaches for customers and prospects.
Requirements:
- Looking for professionals with experience in digital and customer analytics, growth and cross sell experience
- Exposure to new technologies, start up, Fintech companies
- Analytics Tools - R, SAS, Python, SQL, Power-BI, SPSS & MS Excel
