Core Job Responsibilities:
1) Coordination of Secondary sales processing and Primary sales extraction
2) Should have experience in Sales Crediting (mandatory)
3) Brand wise SKU wise secondary/primary reports to field force as per defined SLA
4) Cascade Targets to all Stake Holders
5) Incentive administration
a. Precise estimation of Incentive Budget based on agreed methodology
b. On time Incentive Disbursement
c. Run all sales contests and reward programs based on Sales Force Effectiveness defined guidelines
6) Support selective reports for senior team as per defined SLAs
7) Support Incentive analytics projects with SFE and finance functions
8) Ensure regular publishing of Dashboards & Scorecards
9) Leveraging IT for increased automation in MIS and Incentive administration
Education & experience:
Pharma industry:
- Graduate + MBA
- Overall 7+ years of experience, with current profile in Analytics/ Informatics / SFE
Analytics/IT industry:
- Engineer/MBA from premier institutes
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in SFE or Consulting, preferably in Pharma
