Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Implementation:


- Develop and execute strategic plans for data analysis and business intelligence that align with departmental and organizational goals.

- Ensure that data initiatives support overall business objectives.

Data Management & Analysis:


- Manage large datasets effectively, perform in-depth data analysis, and generate actionable insights that drive business decisions.

- Utilize advanced techniques to uncover trends and patterns in data.

Team Management:


- Lead a team of data analysts, manage projects, and foster a collaborative work environment.

- Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members.

Communication & Reporting:


- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

- Create comprehensive reports that present data findings in an understandable and actionable format.

Problem-Solving & Decision Making:


- Identify and analyze problems using data-driven approaches.

- Make informed decisions based on thorough analysis and evidence.

Compliance & Governance:


- Ensure data management practices adhere to data governance and compliance regulations.

- Meet project timelines and ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards.

Technical Skills:


- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for complex data manipulation and analysis.

- Knowledge of automation tools, including AI-driven bots, is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Analytical Skills:


- Strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.

- Experience managing large datasets is a prerequisite.

Team Leadership:


- Proven experience in leading teams, managing projects, and creating a collaborative work environment.

Communication:


- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.

Decision Making:


- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.

Compliance Knowledge:


- Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Technical Proficiency:
