Manager - Business Integration
Support CEO - Business Integration, GCMO in management of meetings / business reviews pertaining to the various Strategic business initiatives, Operations, MIS and complex adminisrative tasks. Use tech savvy methods to achieve efficiencies in the CEO's office.
Support in AOP Reviews (Full Year + Mid Year):
- Align calendar for GHB AOP Review of sectors for Full Year + Mid year in alignment with the GHB Dates
- Support updating the common slides in GHB review deck
- Prepare sector-wise Action Trackers comprising of points from AOP commitments, MOM Points, Strategic Initiatives summary.
- Align internal operating model with Dy. CEO and his team
- Promote single source of truth for ATRs
Support in BSC of CEO - Business Integration:
- Support in review by GCM, Finalize and share the 'approved' goal sheets to team,
- Support CEO - Business in monitoring the on-ground process of past reviews (Coordinate and collaborate with business teams towards efficient reviews)
- Assist CEO on all Business processes /sectors and participating in Board/GHB/GCM reviews , Analysis of internal and external environment , Financial MIS , Operational efficiency, Project progress, Regulatory impact, Competition benchmarking.
- The EA will meet with other GCMO EAs once a month to align on the various open issues and updates of GCMO

- Assist CEO on all Business processes /sectors and participate in Board/GHB/GCM reviews ,

- Adherence to Goal Setting, Mid Year and Annual performance assessment for GCMO employees, the CEO's and the sector heads
- Review timelines
- Support CEO in identified Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives - Design the project management tracker for SI
- Identify key responsibilities, internal resources and external dependencies for the SI
- Design the project charter capturing the above as well as any industry
- Successful implementation of the SI marked by achievement of originally planned business goal
- Zero time overrun
- Zero cost overrun
- Zero variance with originally
