Job description:
- Responsible for People Initiatives for Location
- Drive Retention Initiatives for Location.
- Drive Employee Engagement and Touch points.
- Address Employee Grievances and escalations.
- Drive Talent Management programs for Domestic.
- Assist VHR head for Key HR Operational Processes. Performance Management, IJP, Confirmation, Disciplinary Action Process, Exits and Transfer, Reward and Recognition at Domestic level.
- Employee Communication and policy awareness
- Ensure adherence on HR policy and processes and improve operational excellence.
- Most importantly should have analytical bend of mind wherein he/she should have done extensive analysis related to HR points
Work Experience: 8 - 10 years
Knowledge and skills:
- Proficiency on Statutory laws is a must.. given that there is a high likely hood that he will need to deal with stat compliance related situations with employees and external statutory authorities.
- Understanding of domestic business
