Manager - Business Finance

Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Annual Operating Plans, allocation of capital expenditures, P&L management, variance analysis and business trends.

- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances (majorly Capex and Opex spends).

- Working with the procurement team for approval of POs, negotiations and vendor payments.

- Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lower costs and operational efficiencies.

- Develop new metrics for business performance, minimizing risks and driving insights.

- Monitoring of APs and Supplier advances.

Ideal Candidate:

- Educational Qualification: CA/CMA qualification is a must.

- 1+ years of experience across similar responsibilities in the accounting and finance field.

- Experience of working in a Big 4 firm is beneficial.

- Experience across the Real Estate industry is a plus.
