Manager - Business Finance - Real Estate

CA/MBA/CFA, 7 - 10 yrs exp. ; Manager - Business Finance

- Finance Business partnering to provide financial information and analysis to achieve business strategy.

- Establishing, measuring, monitoring, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are relevant to an organization for decision Support

- Financial Reporting (Rev/Cost Provisions, Monthly Financials review)

- Support in finalization of monthly, quarterly and yearly books of accounts

- Financials forecasting and budgeting and variance analysis

- Liaising with Statutory Auditor / Internal auditor

- Preparation and maintenance of revenue amortization schedules

- Prepare and submit required management reports on timely basis

- Preparation and Review of project cashflow models for proposed investments

- Monitor and report on key macroeconomic trends for business/investment strategies

- Preparation of annual budget (Opex and Capex)

- Fixed assets accounting and reconciliation

- Coordinate with tax consultants (Direct and Indirect tax) during assessment, return filings, etc.

- Preparation of Financial Statement

- Assist with any other special focus studies or ad hoc tasks assigned

Prerequisites:

- 8+ years of working experience in corporate finance, business finance

- CA/CFA/MBA Finance with relevant experience.

- Strong analytical skills, numerical competence, and financial analysis experience

- Independently minded who can work well with internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.

- Reasonable knowledge of IGAAP, Ind AS and IFRS

- Skilled in MS Office, in particular MS Excel Analytical skills.

Desirable:

- Real estate credit evaluation, real estate research or property valuation

- Understanding of Value at Risk Models, Capital Assets Pricing Model

- Project cashflow models for proposed investments
