- You'll shape financial plans, adapt budgets to evolving business needs, and support leadership in closing strategic deals.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with business units to drive strategy and operations

- Build financial plans using a bottoms-up approach

- Jointly own OKRs and create AOPs to meet them

- Track key business metrics and review plan vs. actuals

- Conduct variance analysis and enable actionable insights

- Lead month-end closings and oversee revenue cycle efficiency

- Drive scenario planning for product/business initiatives

What You'll Need

- 4-6 years of experience, with 3+ years in Business Finance

- 1st attempt CA or Master's in Finance from tier 1 colleges

- Proficiency in MS Office
