Manager - Business Finance - Costing/Planning/Budgeting, FP & ACA

This job requires a person to come with 8 - 12 years of work experience of having worked in a manufacturing set up, MNC or Indian companies, and work towards the planning and budgeting activities. Based on the detail interaction with the business and site controllers, your analysis will guide the business teams to take decisions that would help the business to take strategic growth decisions. You will also work on driving the overall costing. You should come with strong communications and stakeholder management skills. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

- To play an active role in long term strategy planning, annual planning and budgeting exercise at the organization, and also provide relevant inputs for planning and budgeting based on financial analysis and forecasting

- To ensure through team the translation of analysis on financial performance metrics into MIS and reports. To ensure publishing of accurate MIS / reports for the leadership team and key internal stakeholders, in a timely manner

- To lead cost and operational bench-marking projects, and provide insights from these for cost optimization and operational efficiencies

- To collaborate with businesses/ functions for identification of robust assumptions, and ensure that these assumptions are adequately incorporated in the rolling forecasting model and budgets

- To guide development of periodical rolling forecasts for submission to the leadership team

- To oversee budget utilization and adherence, and report deviations / variances to the Director (Finance, IT &; Legal) for appropriate measures

- To recommend revisions in financial plans based on changes in business realities (if any), and also assess impact of such revisions on the organization's financial health

To lead analysis of financial information, to track and analyse performance on key metrics for all businesses, including but not limited to:

- Revenue targets vs. actual

- Budget utilization and variances

- CAPEX and OPEX analysis

- Profit / Loss analysis vs. forecasts

- Daily Sales Performance (Month to Date, Year to Date)

- Product - wise, Distributor-wise and Account-wise performance

- Cost Analysis

- Trend Analysis

- Business / Revenue growth
