Job Description - Manage end to end business finance for the company for a vertical in the organisation

- To business partner with other functions to drive profitability

Our client is new age start up backed by marquee investors. The company has grown multi-folds in the last few years and is looking for exceptional candidates to join their business finance team.

Description :

- To drive the P&L for the business unit

- Track and measure key financial and business metrics

- Initiate new business plans and present to top management

- Lead the planning, budgeting and AOP

- Evaluating the business on various financial parameters

- Business partnering with various cross functional teams to drive profitability

- Preparation of financial plan for the business

- Carrying out scenario analysis for developing business plans

- Reviewing the plan v/s actuals on a regular basis

Profile :

- CA/MBA tier 1 with 3-6 years of exp only preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Candidates with prior exp from Retail/E-commerce/Start-up only preferred

- Strong experience in Business finance,FP&A, business partnering & commercial finance

- Ability to drive a team and stakeholder management

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
