Manager Business Finance

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for Business Units (BUs), conducting variance analysis on all elements of the P&L, and discussing with BU heads to improve overall profitability.

- Collaborate with BU heads to develop the business plan, including budgeting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) against the budget. Provide observations and insights on performance.

- Collaborate with the Marketing team, sharing business insights with BU heads and assisting in making appropriate business decisions.

- Assist in making pricing decisions based on analysis and market insights.

- Evaluate proposals for new product development using financial models such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV).

- Manage inventory to ensure optimal levels, minimizing inventory costs and stockouts.

- Conduct monthly business performance reviews with BU heads, document minutes, and follow up on action points.

- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with strategic objectives.

- Proactively simplify existing process development using IT tools.

- Drive simplification through automation, elimination, and outsourcing.

- Utilize big data analytics to provide actionable insights.
