Manager - Business Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the financial planning and analysis needs of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning

- Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to provide financial insights and support

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/PG in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
