Position Name : Business Finance Manager

Experience Range : 4-7 years

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Working closely with cross functional team in driving profitability

- Deep analysis of gross margins and sharing insights with business units to drive actions Prepare and analyse category PnLs every month and make forecasts for pro-active actions

- Track Gross margin bridge and work towards element wise portability improvement path Preparing and reviewing category wise plans vs. actuals every month

- Review Sourcing rates and drive pricing corrections basis mark to market

- Doing an in-depth analysis of variance and communicate the same to create visibility and enable planning of actionable

- Establish effective monthly cadence of cross functional review of category PnLs , sharing insights and proactively highlighting actionable

Qualification and Experience:

- Have 4 - 6 years of experience in Business finance

- Ability to manage cross functional stakeholders (including functional leaders), ability to put up their point of view and lead discussions

- Content and creative feedback: Ability to brief, debrief, and provide constructive feedback on content and creative output.

- Have strong business acumen: Stay updated with business objectives and track relevant metrics to drive informed decisions
