Desired Experience ( in years) :

- 10 years of experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality

- 12-15 years of overall experience (Business Process Management /Outsourcing Experience preferable)

Brief about Business Unit :

The central Quality team is led by Head - Quality Management and has an independent reporting to the CEO,. This team works closely with all teams for all aspects related to continuous improvements (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizens, etc.), Management Systems requirement and compliance.

Technical / Functional Competencies :

1. Experience in the delivery of lean six sigma and continuous improvement programmes - Level 3

2. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt preferred) - Level 3

3. Demonstrate a rounded business acumen including P & L management and budgeting - Level 3

4. Teaching and Mentoring Knowledge of tools and theories related to improvement methodologies - Level 3

5. Business results orientation : Proactive, able to address business needs and identify risks - Level 3

6. Analytic Ability : Excellent analytical, mathematical, statistical and creative problem-solving skills - Level 3

Key Responsibilities :

- Work independently (Individual Contributor role)

- Show leadership and motivational capabilities and the ability to work with cross functional teams, multiple geographies and to mentor Lean, Six Sigma and Improvement Projects in the area of Cost Reduction, Inventory Management, Cycle Time Reduction, Standardization, Quality Improvement, etc.

- Experience of working in a European MNC in Matrix Organization will be added advantage

- Act as thought partner and coach within the organization to establish and sustain the improvement journey

- Ability to create and run continuous improvement roadmaps in synchronization with identified business unit

- Facilitate successful engagement completion, within given time frames, and make results visible through regular reporting

- Provide informal feedback, contributing to formal evaluations, and serve as a mentor

- Build relationships with other regions and global team resources in order to support identification, review,prioritization and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects to drive results

- Achieve outcomes through performance / experience rather than direct authority

Day at work :

- Work on understanding End to End process so as to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmap

- Lead / Mentor continuous improvement project

- Guide, direct, maintain and monitor all activities associated with the successful application Business Excellence

- Strategic focus as this is a corporate global role

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and process implementation amongst the teams of enabling functions
