We are looking for Business Excellence / Process Excellence (Strong professional in Manual Process and Stakeholder Presentation)
- Coordination for Business Excellence (BEM) project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Follow-up with stakeholder functions for submission of requisite information and data
- Compilation of data/information for participation in BEM
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Assign tasks and action points with the internal teams and co-ordination for timely closure
- Act as a single point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Evaluate the processes / SOPs at the organizational level on a periodic basis and carry out necessary amendments as and when required
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance
- Assist project/business head/s and members and provide additional support as and when needed
- Maintaining monthly reports to be shared with senior management with status updates
Experience:
- Having 3 - 5 years of work experience in handling business excellence projects, process review, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Preferable from Insurance / Banking /Financial Services
Competencies:
- Hands-on knowledge of Ms. Presentation Skills & Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly competent with MS Office tools-excel/MS Office
- Preference to candidates with relevant work experience in handling Process review & assessment of process excellence/projects
