Manager - Business Development


Job Responsibilities:

Achieving Business Targets:

- Drive business growth by sourcing through channel teams (ASL, DSA) and nurturing relationships with bank branches.

- Cross-sell other products to maximize revenue opportunities.

- Sales Promotion and Relationship Building:

- Conduct sales promotion activities through DSAs and Sales Executives in the open market.

- Improve relationships via expos, events, and various activities.

- Enhance branch relationships to increase business opportunities.

Product Management:

- Launch new products in the market.

- Handle end-to-end activities from application submission to loan disbursement.

Operational Coordination:

- Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and other departments for smooth process flows.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Channel Partner Management:

- Acquire and manage channel partners like Connectors and DSAs.

- Monitor and improve performance of ARMs (Area Relationship Managers) and deepen client relationships.

Risk Management:

- Prevent and minimize fraudulent or risky proposals from entering the system.

- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Feedback and Training:

- Provide timely feedback to the central team for product feature and process improvements.

- Conduct training sessions for Sales Executives and DSAs on product knowledge and selling techniques.

Team Management:

- Foster a performance-oriented environment through effective team management.

- Motivate and lead the team to achieve high productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, bank branches, and clients.

- Product Management: Experience in launching new products and managing the entire product lifecycle.

- Operational Excellence: Strong coordination skills with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

- Training and Development: Experience in conducting training sessions to enhance the skills of sales teams.

- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
