The role: We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Managers to help us expand our clientele. You will be the driving force of the company and need to have the dedication to apply an effective sales strategy.
Responsibilities :
1) Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
2) Attending conferences, meetings, events in which Finnovate participates. Network with potential clients at the events.
3) Execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and achieve revenue targets
4) Grow long-lasting relationships that address the client's needs. Drive referrals from the existing clients.
5) Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
6) Daily monitoring the progress of the team. Train, drive and lead the team to achieve their goals. Develop the team into valuable salespeople.
Qualification : CFP, MBA (Finance/Marketing), Minimum 4-5 years of experience.
