Role Overview:


- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving warehouse space sales and acquiring new customers in the Bhiwandi region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.

- Negotiation: Successfully negotiate lease terms and pricing to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.


- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for warehouse space.
