Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with US Clients/Prime Vendors/Tier 1 Vendors to understand and fulfill their IT staffing requirements.

- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop tailored solutions based on their business needs and challenges.

- Focus on Contractual positions, providing high-quality staffing services.

- Generate new leads/requirements through proactive business development activities, including cold calling.

- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to foster business growth.

- Understand client requirements and effectively match suitable candidates based on skills, rates, and location preferences.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a BDM in US Staffing.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven ability to build relationships and develop client-focused solutions.
