Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the US market.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Inpatient and Outpatient RCM software sales and marketing specifically focusing on the US market.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market to increase the company's revenue and market share.
- Client Acquisition: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the US market and achieve sales targets.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, manage contract discussions, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market insights for senior management.
- Travel: Occasional travel to the US may be required for client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on the US market.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and building long- term client relationships in the US.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills to identify market opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure high- value deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [Industry/Product] is a plus.
