Business Development Manager - selling Training solutions
Opportunity with a MNC Training Company
Currently in the business of selling SAP Training, Transitioning to get into New Age Training Programs
- Responsible for Developing and Orchestrating New Deals and Accounts for the company
- Deals on Analytics, SAP, Digital Programs.
- Engaged in Managed Services and Staffing Model for New and Existing Clients
- Account Management - In-Depth Study and Penetration of the Account
- Develop New client for Training Business.
- Sell through different channels. Schools/Corporate/Digital
- Following Retails lead converting them into prospect and Closure
- Maintaining relation with Client for service delivery and execution.
- Arranging & Attending Customer Meetings to discuss Business
- Monthly and Quarterly Sales Plan to achieve set targets.
- Calling all the old data and reviving the leads out of it.
- Maintain Relation with existing Customers to have a consistent flow of Business
- Training & Hiring new team members, maintaining the stability of team
- Retention handling of the team.
- Products /Services: SAP Global Training, SAP Corporate Training
CTC - 25 lacs + Variable
Minimum yrs of Exp - 10 yrs
