Business Development Manager- Textile & Specialties

Qualification: Engineering Degree in Textile /Mechanical/Chemical

Job Summary: The focus is to grow Knitting oil business and develop inroads in other focus sub segments of Weaving, Processing & coning oils. (Coning oil application experience preferred)

- Sales of different Textile products to the textile manufacturing industries.

JOB ROLE:

1. Develop & implement market plan(Distribution) for gaining market share in Textile (Focus Market Knitting, Weaving, Processing & Coning).

2. Manage and develop relationship with Distributors, IOEMs & Key accounts to secure endorsements & approvals of the offer.

3. Business Development: Secure large key Accounts, IOEMS from Focus segments ; PAN India Operations.

4. Build the plan and budget, in line with the Global IOEM strategy / budget / plan.

5. Monitor / report regularly KPIs / performance / highlight of activities (SALSA) / update our IOEM database in the Share Point.

6. Transform approvals into business impacts.

7. Identify direct & distribution sales opportunities, assist & guide sales team to develop sales for first-fill and service fill opportunities.
