Role: Business Development Manager.

Location: Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore.

Experience: 3+ Years, 2+ experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new customers, ensuring alignment with Onextel's strategic goals.

- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and present customized solutions that address their business challenges and objectives.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to clients.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report progress to senior management.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose actionable solutions.

Other:

- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

- Strong understanding of CPaaS communication needs, including regulatory compliance and customer engagement.

- Expertise in CPaaS solutions, particularly SMS, Messaging, Voice, and WhatsApp.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales management.
