Responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies and breakthrough action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve sales targets. The duties will include keeping the promise of contract signing targets, building relationships and understanding customer requirements.
Job Profile:
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Appointing and Managing channel partners in the target market
- Keeping the promise of achieving the annual sales numbers
- Building and Maintaining relationship with customers
- Formulate business plans and implement marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge about our products and services also that of competition.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Making Plans for Promotional or Sales Activities for Target Markets
- Reporting on factors that impacts the business and strategic direction of account
Requirements;
- 8-10 years of successful experience in selling surveillance solutions to Sate & Federal LEAs in target market.
- Experience in dealing with large customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Proven ability to articulate the differentiators of product and services
- Demonstrable experience of head of sales/ sales lead engaging with C-level executives
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to derive a sales process from planning to closing a multi-million US$ sale
