JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify Target potential channels
Act as the interface between external stakeholder (all levels of channel) and internal stakeholders such as compliance, legal to ensure smooth on-boarding
To keep up to date on market trends, new competitive offerings and industry matters through third party resources and networks
Ensure that channel partner has good experience with respect to documentation, induction & other processes
Contribute towards the business number targets through alliances
Support in ensuring activation of all alliances
To regularly engage with the Alliance partner touch points for getting data on sales, payments, etc of the customers who availed lending facilities and provide information to risk teams
Work with internal departments (Sales, Legal, MOG, IT & Ops) within the organization to ensure minimum turnaround time in resolving queries / requests for providing better services to the Alliance partners and their customers
Engage with the CMG RMs for higher sales coverage and interacts
Support in management of relationship by executing the engagement plan for the alliance
Complete coordination with all ground-level stakeholders
To regularly engage with the Alliance partner touch points for getting various kinds of MIS data
Prepare MIS to monitor, track & report sales activity on periodic basis & to ensure action taken to meet business targets
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidates with experience of Channel Sales ( Large Corporate Channels - Financial) with 3 - 10 years experience of financial product sales
Candidates from broking background/wealth background with Channel Handling experience
