Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on acquiring new clients within the [Target Industry/Market] segment of the staffing and recruitment industry.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential new client opportunities.

- Build strong and lasting relationships with high-level decision-makers at prospective client companies.

- Actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and professional organizations to generate leads and establish brand awareness.

- Consultatively understand client challenges, hiring needs, and company objectives to tailor staffing solutions that address their specific requirements.

- Develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that are mutually beneficial for our company and the client.

- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful candidate placements.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

- Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in staffing and recruitment.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Business Development role, ideally within the staffing and recruitment industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, placement, and retention.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to business development.

- Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable utilizing various online research tools.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
