Business Development Manager
Job Description: - Business Development Manager(IC role):
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:1. Build relationships with prospective clients
2. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
3. Manage sales pipeline
4. Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
5.Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
6. Client Acquisition, Client Onboarding, Lead Generation , Closing the Deal
7.Should be open to work for a consultancy firm
Qualifications:1. Must have 1+Years experience in IT Services Sales(Staffing & recruitment industry or IT Sales experience is mandatory)
2. Must have experience in B2B Sales
3. Experience in lead Generation and client acquisition.
4. Strong negotiation skills.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
