Manager - Business Development - Staffing Firm

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager.

- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and creating and delivering presentations.

- This person will be based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 2+ in business development in staffing domain is required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals

- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Experience in conducting market research and analysis

- Ability to deliver engaging presentations

- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

- A Bachelor's/PG degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
