Business Development Manager


Job Description:

- iConsultera is seeking a candidate who possess a high energy level, outgoing personality, and be results-oriented, with demonstrated success in promoting offshore/outsourcing.

- The Associate generates research on prospects and assembles reports to use in attracting and inciting prospects interest in partnering with iConsultera for Offshore Recruitment Support.

- Also, the Associate maintains the prospect database, cold calls and follows-up with agency generated leads, maintains and follows up on regular new business mailings, looks for new leads, books eAppointments, creates prospect profiles, and stays up to date on correspondence relating to all prospect contacts.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a sales pipeline.

- Prospect through phone calls, emails, and social media.

- Consult with prospects and business targets about our RPO services.

- Present, promote, and sell RPO services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

- Report regularly on the progress of opportunities to develop new business channels or networks.

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- Drafting email campaigns, client proposals, agreements and additional business documents/presentations required for sales/prospecting purpose.

Qualification:

- 2 years or more promoting/selling/marketing to international markets with outsourcing/offshoring being highly preferred.

- Highly motivated individual with hands-on experience managing social marketing campaigns.

- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Good understanding of recruitment life cycle.

- Familiarity using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Contact Generation tools and email marketing tools such as Mail Chimp and Constant Contact.

Growth Opportunities:

- This individual will have immense growth opportunities not just titles/roles or financial growth being few but working with some of the industry leaders and influencers in the Customer Success area.

- This individual may have future opportunities to travel United States for business purposes to attend staffing conferences, client meetings/trainings and or meeting Onshore Business Advisors.

Compensation:

- The compensation includes basic salary, fixed allowances as well as best-in-industry sales incentives and all-paid national or international trips.
