Job Title: Business Development Manager.

Location: India (Remote).

Job Type: Full-time.

- We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Oversee all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, identifying potential clients, setting up meetings with decision-makers, presenting consultants, contract negotiation, and delivery of consultants.

- Manage the consultant onboarding process by uploading profiles to various portals like Tech-fetch, Monster, Dice, Job Search8, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.

- Leverage knowledge of tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099 to successfully manage contract negotiations and placements.

- Market consultants, particularly those skilled in User Interface technologies, who are on our W2, by updating and tailoring resumes to match client requirements.

- Handle candidate submission, follow-ups with clients, and manage all aspects of the consultant placement process.

- Actively market bench candidates for contract positions and achieve assigned revenue and margin objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and train junior recruiters and sales professionals.

- Perform cold calling, client visits, and identify key decision-makers to close new business deals.

- Develop new business opportunities by following up on leads from both internal and external sources.

- Conduct regular outreach through personal meetings, phone calls, marketing efforts, and presentations to secure new business and increase contract placements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, clients, HR personnel, contractors, consultants, and recruiters to drive business growth.

Requirements:.

- Proven experience in business development within the staffing or IT consulting industry.

- Expertise in tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and extensive experience marketing consultants with technical skills, particularly in User Interface.

- Familiarity with various job portals (Tech-fetch, Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc. ) and a strong understanding of the consultant hiring process.

- Ability to update, modify, and present consultant resumes based on client needs.

- Strong track record in achieving revenue targets and margin objectives.

- Experience leading and training junior team members in recruitment and sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach to client acquisition and relationship management.
