Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation for staffing business Calling, running email campaigns and organising meets for BD purposes
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts
- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
- Effectively meeting assigned performance factors including the number of outbound calls, email blasts, and pipeline management, service level mix and close ratio.
- Analyzing client requirements, meeting potential customers and price negotiation and closing the sale.
- Positive and energetic phone, excellent listening and email marketing skills.
- Identify and nurture relationships with prospective clients via phone, email, in-person meetings or other communication tools
- Research, recommend and execute strategies for client growth
- Proactively source and close client leads
- The job involves data digging on internet and visiting agencies like FICCI, CII, NASCOM to get corporate databases etc
