About Client: Manufacturing into Specialty Chemicals

Position : Business Development Manager

Location : Mumbai - WFH

Reporting to : Business Head

Criteria : B.Sc(Chemistry) with 8 + years of Experience in Business Development preferably from composite industry

Job Purpose :

- Identify new markets and applications for composite material in the segment.

- Promote company resin products and services in the appropriate market segment using back selling techniques and networking.

- Focusing on the entire value chain meaning: customers of our customers, legislation authorities, engineering firms etc.

Job Responsibilities :

- Represent company for the End users, Engineering firms and OEM in the appropriate market segment, in order to develop projects leading to grow profitable business for company.

- Identify new business opportunities and applications

- Develop and maintain close relationship to stakeholders of the industry

- Develop new business models

- Pull marketing along the value chain

- Develop strategic account plan from new prospect and transfer to Account Management

- Ensure and update business intelligence for the market segment

- Scan the needs for technical developments and propose to Business Management

- Support account managers of our Composite Resins at their accounts with input from other members of the value chain to be the link between the customer and the end user

- Together with the business manager and expertise manager represent our company at conferences and exhibitions related to the segment

- Coordinate projects linked to back selling activity
