- The Business Development Manager will drive growth for ground-mount solar mounting solutions in utility-scale projects. They will focus on expanding market presence by connecting with key stakeholders in the solar industry, including EPCs, developers, and regional project owners. The role requires someone with in-depth knowledge of state, regional, and national solar tenders, as well as experience in generating leads and securing

new business.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 6 years in solar business development, ideally in ground-mount or utility-scale projects (either in inverters or modules).

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the solar industry, particularly in mounting solutions and project execution.

Networking: Established connections with EPCs, project developers, and stakeholders in the solar sector.

Skills: Strong skills in lead generation, strategic planning, proposal writing, and negotiation.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in proposal management and a demonstrated track record in closing deals and expanding business networks.

- Knowledge of performance analysis and financial metrics, including ROI and IRR.
