Role -Business Development Manager
We are looking for a full time / part time high-performing Senior Business Development candidate to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in our IT Services and in Software Product sales, by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for achieving the sales target and crafting sales plans.
We are looking for a proven track record in sourcing IT projects and selling software products to customers across UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia.
This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the software products and services of the organisation.
- Ability to articulate and explain the service offerings and convince potential customers
- Identify business prospects in UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia Markets to offer IT Services.
- Identify target global organisations for our software product sales and reach to the key stakeholders/decision makers.
- Generating the leads through cold calling, bidding sites and your own network.
- Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate solution.
- Achieve the sales growth and hit sales targets
- Be fully aware of new products and competition status
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Update the details in the CRM
Requirements and Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- 8-10 years of work experience in various business development roles.
- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
- Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
- Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
