- Candidate having 2-6 Years of experience in Insurance sector Motor Insurance and Health Insurance (Agency Channel) Good communication skill Immediate to 30 days notice Period

- Lead Generation Open Market Graduation/Post Graduation Find Out Health insurance Company's and General Insurance Company's/Agency channel Background Candidates

Vertical : Health Agency (Variable channel) like APC model

- Achieve Territory Target like Fresh Premium and Renewal Premium, Agents Activation and recruitment, new sales Managers and TSE Grade 1 recruitment through a team of Branch Managers.

- Ensure YOY and MOM Positive growth on Existing Key and Emerging Sales Managers productivity

- Establish and maintain high standard of sales quality as measured by productivity and ethical sales practices, ensure customer satisfaction-Policy holder.

- Ensuring that the Agency Associate Partners/Agency Managers are meeting their team targets as well as individual sales targets.

- Interacting with them regularly to assess their status & push & motivate them to maintain productivity.

- Devising promotional programs for maximum market coverage and reach.
