Position: Manager - Selection Acquisition - Grade 10

Role: Drive Selection addition with Categories using all channels - KAM, Partner agencies and Seller Marketing team.

Location: 1 position in Bangalore

Role Summary: In this role the person would be responsible for selection addition through existing sellers. The candidate will co-ordinate with all categories in to identify selection gaps, existing sellers that can fill the selection gap by devising programs that will encourage and incentivize sellers to ensure maximum selection. The individual will use partner agencies and Seller Marketing team to communication with sellers.

Job Description:

- Develop a thorough knowledge of relevant processes and support team in selection growth

- Develop and plan for bringing in the required selection and execute with urgency

- Work closely with various internal category stakeholders to understand business requirements, implement new processes for improving selection

- Responsibility for the selection addition of existing sellers through all programs devised for selection addition

- Ownership of day-to-day operations with all stakeholders like CDO, seller marketing and RE teams

- Ability to understand data trends and make inferences and recommend actions for improvement

- To be able to define and implement a work flow for step by step progress from selection gap identification to final selection addition and impact of the selection added

- Work closely with product teams to automate/semi automate work flows in a structured and logical manner

- Will be accountable for various performance metrics like new selection that has been brought in, missing selection plugged, TAT, Conversion%, etc.

- Will be based out of office in Bangalore with occasional travel to Partner locations in Blr mostly

Desired skills and experience:

- Overall 5-6 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a Business Development role

- Post Graduate from a premier B school will be an advantage

- Retail/Category management experience would also be an advantage

- Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams with good communication skills

- Program management skills,- relationship management, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail

- Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team

- Proficient in MS applications e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel / Power point

Soft Skills:
