Manager - Business Development - Security/Infrastructure/Networking Services

Role Description:

1. Responsible for Security services sales in the region.

2. Responsible for entire sales cycle starting from lead identification, proposal & presentations, techno-commercial negotiations and order closing.

3. Ensure all targets (qualitative and quantitative) are met and exceeded.

4. Would work closely with the technical team and propose the right solution to the client effectively.

5. Plan and implement account plan, establish executive level contacts, build and manage strong customer relationships.

6. Would be responsible for meeting and achieving overall sales objectives

7. Would coordinating with Consulting team to design the service offering to meet the clients- requirements

8. Responsible for development of account plan for key account(s), establish executive level contacts with defined account(s) to help build and manage customer relationships.

Desired Profile:

1. Capability to understand and develop customer needs across vertical segments.

2. Deep insight and strong relationships in the market.

3. Responsible for the entire sales cycle, starting from suspect identification, solution presentations, techno-commercial negotiations, order finalization and payment collection.

4. Ensuring overall target accomplishment.

5. Identify partners/alliances that help enhance position with customers

Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum of 4 Years experience in IT Industry.

2. At least 2 years of proven sales experience in Security Services / Infrastructure Services / Networking Services.
