Roles and Responsibilities :
- Professional who guides and develop the defined territory for positioning the organizations's portfolio.
- Lead generation through Contacts, through Principal Partners (SAP, SFDC, Oracle, SAS, IBM- .), Alliance Management.
- Ability to interact with CxO.
- Ability to run through internal pursuit approval process (established policies and procedures) from qualifying the lead, Sales, pre sales, proposal preparation, negotiation to signing the contract.
- Positioning the firm (Corporate profile), our portfolio and value proposition.
- Responsible for Pipeline discipline, generating 2.5X pipeline coverage, Linearity and predictability in terms of order forecasting (Overall Services Sales performance and forecast).
- Collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Continuously pursue relationships with client industries and identify new opportunities for sales penetration.
- Should have past experience / contacts working with license organization of Principal Partners ( SAP, SFDC, Oracle, SAS, IBM- .), prior work experience with Principal Partner will be an advantage.
- Should have led at least couple of long term (more than 1+ years) Client engagement over 2-3 sub engagements.
- Prior Account Management experience or Industry specialization will also have an added advantage.
Pre-requisites :
- Bachelor degree in Business, IT or related field, MBA preferred( Tier-1 colleges preferred)
- 6 years+ experience in successfully meeting aggressive sales goals in Consulting Services
- Proven ability to interact with all levels of personnel and effectively address complex/sensitive situations
- Successful sales track record of growing business, achieving results in a sales or services capacity is required
