We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who can generate and convert leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue by selling Salesforce CRM products in both B2B and B2C environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the recruitment, staffing, and IT sales industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Present Salesforce CRM solutions to potential clients, showcasing tailored benefits that address their unique business challenges.
- Conduct product demos and collaborate with pre-sales teams to provide customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Relationship Building & Account Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Research and analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights into new product opportunities or service enhancements to meet market demands.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce CRM sales.
- Proven success in generating and converting leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, and IT sales industries is a significant advantage.
Skills:
- Strong ability to generate leads through digital and traditional channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
