Manager - Business Development & Sales - South
- Responsible for developing new channel partners and getting new business.
- Increase the business with the existing channel partners.
- The person will head the P&L of the business end-to-end, doing leadership across online/offline retail.
- Continuous analysis of market and market share.
- Proactively define strategies to increase the market share
- Market and client visits to understand intricacies and challenges
- Reviewing and analysing sales reports to determine influencer action
- Implement the effective and relevant of incentive structure for channel partners.
- Work with different teams across the organization to get a 360 degree exposure and influence.
- Working closely with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Participate in partner's events (e.g. trade shows, Road Shows or any BTL activities) to cultivate client relationships
- Identify the growth areas and new business scope within the existing category
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Set goals, define KPIs and ensure the goals are delivered
- Work closely with client's Regional leadership team and maintain good business relationship.
- Effectively lead the team of DSM/Promoters/Shop Owners and manage performance of the whole region/Zone.
- Proactively cultivate new business and uncover sales opportunities within geographic territory.
- Set up sales target and sales strategy in the region.
- Grows and expands the partner sales as per regional target.
- Plan, Monitor & Execute the Training Program for the region
- Develop sales plan in conjunction with Head of Sales.
- Provide value-added ideas and support DSM/Promoters/Shop Owners in growing their productivity.
- Control and manage sales points efficiency and should control fake claims.
- Liaison with marketing team to deploy POSMs for every promotion and new products.
- Prepare regular reporting with DSSM . Tracking sales reports and analyze daily data.
- Check the compliance of DSSM/Promoters/Shop Owners follow the Company's regulations about working at POS.
- Periodical review with partners - Identify gaps and Problem resolution, measures to be taken.
