Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients: Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and partners who would benefit from company's assets. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape and stay updated on emerging trends and market dynamics.

- Sales and negotiation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to engage prospects and convert them into clients. Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts and licensing agreements.

- Relationship building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions that leverage the company's assets. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the sales cycle.

- Marketing and promotional activities: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective campaigns to promote the company's assets. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and showcase the company's offerings. Leverage various marketing channels, including digital platforms and social media, to raise awareness and generate interest in the company's product portfolio.

- Competitive analysis: Stay informed about competitors' activities and industry trends. Analyse market dynamics, pricing strategies, and licensing models to gain a competitive edge. Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management regarding potential areas of growth and investment.

- Revenue forecasting and reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales metrics, market trends, and revenue projections to the senior management. Provide recommendations for optimizing sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or licensing, preferably within the Industry.

- Strong knowledge of trends, industry dynamics, and intellectual property rights.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.

- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed to attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
