Job Description :
- Marketing & Sales activities (using market analysis methods and implementing Lotus processes) of Lotus product lines and solutions
- Representing Lotus in various seminars, exhibitions, conferences to promote and market Lotus systems and solutions.
Responsibility :
- Responsible for Lead generation and qualification and subsequent discussion with Global Business Units, Business Lines and other Lotus entities.
- Well versed with government and defense tendering process.
- Preparation of techno commercial proposals
- Internal negotiation with Finance, Legal and Lotus Solution Leader.
- Customer management, Market analysis through market intelligence and identifying buying influences.
- Strategizing business directions ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives. Formulating business plans for overall development & accomplishment of top and bottom-line profitability.
- Preparing technical & commercial proposals along with handling tender/ contract related formalities & documentation.
- Interpreting contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of technical problems, etc including budgeting, costing and cost optimization in order to deliver a winning proposal.
- Developing new clients directly and channel partners and negotiating with them for securing profitable business. Forecasting sales figures and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing clientele.
- Giving products demonstration / presentations to distributors / clients for securing profitable business.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
